   every ot is different — depends on who's testing and who's being tested. pass yours, then drop your details below.

pre-ot — screening

• must be fully out of your previous club (proper oc) before starting ot
• at least 1 active social media we can check — fresh, empty, locked, or fake accounts = instant skip, no exceptions
• guests must be vouched by the member who brought them — nick + background listed to staff, the vouching member is accountable
• must have an audi track record: old nicks, how long you've played, past clubs

ot interview

• standard check: name, city, what you do, how you found us, why redwood
• vague answers, all jokes, or weird vibes = pending. ot means we judge you, not the other way around
• no sexual jokes or flirty answers during ot — instant fail
• skill is not the point — getting wrecked in cb is fine. we look at how you behave and the vibe you bring. we want a healthy community
• passing the interview isn't the end — 2-day trial first, then you're added to the group
